BREAKING: Court Rules that Tambuwal remains Reps Speaker

A federal high court sitting in the federal capital territory, Abuja, on Monday ruled that Rt. Hon. Aminu Tambuwal is and remains the Speaker of the House of Representatives, hence thestatus quowith regards to his official position as Number 4 citizen should be maintained by all parties.
The judge also ordered that the House of Reps shall not reconvene until the 3rd December date that has been approved by Speaker Tambuwal. The court warned all those planning to re-open the House from the back door before the date approved by Tambuwal not to even contemplate such action.
Consequently, the hearing of the substantive suit shall commence on Friday in Abuja.
