Ciara Makes First Post-Pregnancy Appearance

It's been two months since Ciara gave birth to baby Future, and the new mom finally got out of the house for a night of fun as she attended Riccardo Tisci's birthday bash in Ibiza. Ciara joined a posh crowd that included Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell, Diddy, Cassie, Justin Bieber, Kendall and Kris Jenner for the Givenchy designer's 40th birthday festivities. Ciara has ditched her dreads too.
